No matter what the occasion; wedding reception, birthday or anniversary party, office party, holiday celebration, etc. The Fireside has the services and experience to add that personal touch in order to provide you, your family and friends with memories to last a lifetime. Banquet Terms & Conditions

Please Note The Following:

• Prices apply to groups of 25 or more.
• All prices subject to change.
• Gratuities are calculated at 18% of food and beverages.
• New York State sales taxes are additional.
• Reservations cannot be made without a non-refundable $100.00 deposit.
• Final attendance must be guaranteed one week before the function.
• Charges are made for the actual number guaranteed.
• Payment shall be made the day of the function, unless credit has been established prior to the function.
• If assistance is needed to determine the correct quantities of hors d'oeuvres to order, please do not hesitate to ask. In general, we suggest that you allow two to three pieces per item per person. Please beware of under-ordering as we may not be able to accommodate requests for additional items at the time of the party.
